Soul Work
Think of this session as a workout for your mind and soul. We all have wisdom within us that can help guide us to live a more authentic life. We will go through different exercises that shed light on our thought patterns and self talk and allow us to pay attention to our emotions on a deeper level. The more you are able to do this, the easier it becomes to live a more meaningful life that is in alignment with your true self and desires. The beauty of doing this in a group setting is seeing how alike we all are.

House Parties
Intended for a small group of friends that want to connect on a deeper level or perhaps a group going through some turmoil that needs some help working through things. I would travel to your home or place of preference and facilitate the session with some games that help everyone get real.

We all get stuck on something every once in a while and this session is meant to help you shake it off! Let's take an hour to check-in and clear some of what might be blocking you.

Imagine learning to speak a new language in just a few hours. Everyone has a different way they prefer to communicate with others. DISC allows us to explore these differences in order to better understand ourselves. By understanding ourselves we are then able to understand why certain people are much easier to work with than others and why there may be tension with people that have different styles than us. In an interactive workshop, you will learn fundamentals that will allow you to enhance all the relationships in your life. Once you get the basics down, you realize how impactful stretching to work with other styles can be.

I provide coaching that is based on the mind, body, and heart connection. We will look at what challenges you might be facing in a kind, non-judgmental, and loving way and build out a plan together that works for you. Sometimes a session or 2 is all you need to get moving.
